Program Manager to AI Governance Leader

My journey at Virtual Consultants Australia began back in April 2020 as a Program Manager. Operating across Australia, Asia, and global markets, I directed multidisciplinary teams delivering complex enterprise technology initiatives, digital transformation programs, and data governance baselines.

By 2022, I transitioned to Executive Manager, partnering directly with C-suite leaders to shape high-impact data governance roadmaps, business operating models, and digital transformation portfolios designed for measurable enterprise growth.

As artificial intelligence rapidly evolved from experimentation to business-critical systems, my focus escalated into leading responsible AI governance, assurance, and adoption frameworks for organizations operating in heavily regulated and socially sensitive environments.

Today, as Senior Executive Manager, I advise senior stakeholders and enterprise clients on proportionate AI adoption. I translate emerging regulatory and ethical mandates into concrete implementation roadmaps—grounded in the EU & Australia AI Acts, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, ISO 42001/27001, and DAMA / DCAM data architectures.
